    Project Background
    There are three existing 2x630MW supercritical boilers. Before denitration, the NOx concentration is about 500mg/ Nm3, and the design value of low nitrogen +SNCR emission concentration is ≤150mg/ Nm3 (6% oxygen content in dry basis). In actual operation, the highest value is 200mg/ Nm3 (6% oxygen content in dry basis), which cannot meet the relevant requirements of ultra-low emission. At present, it is planned to carry out ultra-low emission on the boilers, aiming to reach the NOX emission concentration in the the level of 30~50mg/Nm3 (6% oxygen content in dry basis).

    Technical Characteristics

    SCR denitration efficiency is 80~90%;

    When SCR is put into normal operation, the ammonia escape concentration of denitration device is 2.02.5 ppm;

    When SCR is put into normal operation, the conversion rate of SO2/SO3 is less than 0.75%;

    The availability rate of the whole denitration system is more than 98% in one year after the formal handover;

    Under the condition of BMCR and the NOx concentration in flue gas: 500mg/Nm3 (standard state, dry basis, 6% oxygen), Party B shall ensure that the urea consumption of each furnace is ≤ 125kg/h (total consumption of SNCR and SCR system).
