    Project Background
    Coal-fired pollutants discharge a lot and cause heavy pollution. If all of them are burned with natural gas, the natural gas resources will be insufficient. In this case, it is the only way to solve the pollution control and energy problems in China to achieve "ultra-low emission" of coal-fired pollutants and meet the national emission standards of gas turbines. Promoting the "ultra-low emission" of coal-fired generating units in China is a concrete action to promote the energy revolution and implement the air pollution prevention and control action plan. It is the only way to promote the sustainable development of electric power industry. Jiaxing Jiahua Power Plant, located in Zhejiang Province China, has an installed generation capablity of 2x1000MW units and utilizes a ultra-supercritical boiler and turbine technology designed to operate at higher temperatures and pressures.

    Technical Characteristics

    1) Relying on Zhejiang University, it has a large-scale ultra-low emission test platform to master all laws and data of various pollutants;

    2) Design process can avoid scaling, blockage, has low resistance and less operation and maintenance; The engineering application is mature, and the long-term operation reliability of the system is high;

    3) Desulfurization, dust removal and chimney can be arranged in an integrated way, with modular design and flexible arrangement mode, without excessive installation space and short construction period;

    4) strong adaptability of coal, high utilization rate of limestone, and low calcium-sulfur ratio; The desulfurization efficiency can reach over 99.6%;

    5) A booster with independent intellectual property rights of Pyneo is arranged in the absorption tower;

    6) NOx<5mg/Nm3,SO2<35mg/Nm3,Dust<5mg/Nm3



    Solution

    In this project, limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization(FGD) technology  plus wet electrostatic precipitator are used for desulfurization and dust removal, and the treated flue gas is directly discharged through the top chimney. A booster with independent intellectual property rights of Pyneo is arranged in the absorption tower to improve the desulfurization efficiency. The wet electrostatic precipitator is arranged above the absorption tower, with low system resistance and low running energy consumption. This project is designed for the integration of desulfurization, dust removal and chimney, with a small floor area and beautiful appearance, thus achieving the goal of ultra-low emission as a whole.


    Get The Effect

    According to the Technical Requirements for On-line Monitoring of Ultra-low Emission and Low Concentration of Thermal Power and Industrial Boilers , after monitoring, the emission concentration of sulfur dioxide is 8mg/Nm3 minimun, with an average of 18mg/Nm3 and a maximum of 25mg/Nm3.
